This villa is located at the foot of Mount Bandai. Assuming a winter snowfall of 2, 000 mm, the building is protected from the snow by stilts. The project aims to promote the circulation of the forest and the development of local industry by taking time to grow trees according to the seasons, to discover local materials, and to prepare for the building process.
