Outline
The site is located in a residential area in the center of Tokyo, adjacent to a relative's house across the south garden. The frame of the building is a RC structure with wall pillars at a pitch of 4,200mm, and a butterfly roof with a wooden structure that rises from north to south. Behind the shutters installed between the wall pillars is a wall, which opens to the left and right when in use. The garden absorbs the difference in level of about 500mm with a gentle step as you go to the right, and the terrace is dug into the ground to bring out the life of the residents to the outside.
