A large-scale complex of office, residential, conference and commercial facilities, with 38 floors above ground and 205 meters in height. The site is located on the north side of the Roppongi/Toranomon area, which is known as the "Grand District" and is the site of many redevelopment projects. A green space of more than 5,000 m2 has been created in the center of the site by moving the building toward Roppongi-dori on the west side. In terms of energy, the district heating and cooling area of the adjacent ARK Hills district has been expanded and a new plant has been constructed to enable mutual energy exchange with existing buildings in the vicinity of the site.
